The Department of Teaching and Learning is located on the historic campus of Tennessee State University in Nashville, Tennessee. This department is designed primarily for providing professional education for teachers. Professional courses are offered for prospective elementary and secondary majors; as well as, full programs at the masters and doctoral levels.
